Photographed by Lauren Justice, Sue Dierksen has been an integral person in the efforts to enact change in legislation in her community for caregivers. She is a reitred nurse who now cares for her husband who has two kinds of cancer. She is pictured below in her home.

Project Onward provides artists with disabilities the opportunity to create their work in a safe, supportive studio environment, with access to work space, materials, and professional guidance without being encumbered by cost.
